2. Payment Terms:

Payment terms and methods will be outlined in our proposal and invoice. All fees are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Scope of Work:

The scope of work will be clearly defined in our proposal and contract. Any changes or additions to the scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may result in adjustments to project timelines and costs.

4. Ownership and Copyright:

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables, excluding any third-party assets used in the project. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Confidentiality:

All client information and project details will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

6. Revision and Approval:

You will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on project drafts. Timely approval or feedback is essential to project progress.

7. Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination may incur costs for work completed up to that point.

 8. Liability:

Our liability is limited to the total fee paid for our services. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

9. Force Majeure:

We shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control. Loadshedding included.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as per the laws of South Africa.

11. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any legal action must be brought within this jurisdiction.

12. Amendments:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.
